Bitbot.cat is a project of the Generalitat de Catalunya that promotes extracurricular activities of programming and robotics in schools of Catalonia. The objective is to promote the improvement of the digital competence of young people and promote the growth of technological vocations, given the difficulties of the labor market to meet the demand of professionals related to ICT.
The project is divided into three main areas : the catalog with the available educational offer, the dissemination and training of instructors in educational robotics.
