The new CREC will open after the summer and will have capacity for 120 professionals. The restaurant has two floors of 700m2 with access to the street and placed at number 672 on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. This plant will be aimed mostly freelance profiles that need a place to work, but also held events (fairs, presentations, etc.) over the weekend, as is the CREC of Poble Sec. In addition, for the first time, it creates an area of private spaces for team projects that need some privacy to develop their activities. The new CREC Eixample also feature meeting rooms, a training room, an office and a relaxation area.
At the inauguration of the new space, CREC kicks the "Preview": The first 25 people who reserve their place in the new space will receive a discount of € 80 per month during the first year of the CREC Eixample. This offer is valid for the full day rate, with a fixed blueprint or may choose on flexible with variable position.
CREC was born in January 2013 in order to support all those who have been in self-employment and entrepreneurship output and professional staff. Since then, nearly 200 professional men and women between 25 and 55 years in various sectors such as audiovisual (filmmakers, photographers, journalists ...), translation, marketing and design, among others have developed their professional projects from CREC Poble sec.
