Official certifications that help improve employability
According to a Pearson VUE study, people with official certifications earn an average of 15% more than non-certified people. This is why these trainings given by Fundación Esplai through the Conecta_IA project are designed in accordance with the official itineraries defined in the Microsoft Learn training platform and include preparation for the official Microsoft certification exams (Azure Fundamentals; Azure Data; Azure AI; Security, Compliance, and Identity; Security Operations Analyst; and Microsoft Office Specialist, among others)
The Esplai Foundation is in charge of teaching courses and training, managing certifications and providing job guidance, in collaboration with the nearly forty social entities in nine autonomous communities that make up the Red Connecta platform. Microsoft has been collaborating for more than twenty years with the Esplai Foundation and the entities of the Xarxa Connecta platform, which work with the aim of reducing the digital divide through networking, participation and political advocacy to achieve equality in the digital field. Find here all the information about the available courses.
Microsoft and the Esplai Foundation reach an agreement to offer digital training to nearly 10,000 unemployed young people and people in vulnerable situations in Spain. The Conecta_IA project will offer training actions in artificial intelligence, cyber security and data science.
