The Punt Òmnia Casal Cívic i Comunitari Sant Roc , located on Avinguda Maresme, number 182-190, in the city of Badalona, reflects on artificial intelligence. Through various activities, the Punt TIC has identified the need to work on the social use of new technologies to help citizens defend their rights. For this reason, recently, the Punt TIC has focused its activity on promoting a conscious and responsible use of artificial intelligence tools. In this sense, with the participants of the workshop 'AI: Digital Creation', debate sessions were held to analyze the main benefits and central risks of this technology. At this point, a summary of the round table 'Coexistence with the algorithm: the future begins here' was shown, which included the interventions of Ricard Faura, Genís Roca and Liliana Arroyo Moliner. After extracting the main ideas raised in the dialogue held last Wednesday, November 5, at the Ateneu Barcelonès facilities, there was a collective reflection on citizen intervention in the automated decisions of artificial intelligence tools and, in particular, on the importance of the process of writing the instructions, the prompts, which must be extremely careful, clear, specific and demanding, so that artificial intelligence tools respect the particularities of society, such as, for example, cultural diversity or languages. Currently, the Punt Òmnia Casal Cívic i Comunitari Sant Roc wants to continue advancing in the analysis of artificial intelligence and is seeking the support of an entity with which to carry out an in-depth study of the impact of this technology.
