Under the title 'Remember the Future: a journey through the evolution of industrialization in Catalonia', the exhibition allows you to see and test the technologies that were presented at the last edition of the Mobile World Congress Barcelona. The exhibition offers several interactive experiences that can revolutionize four leading sectors of Catalan industry: health, mobility, textiles and energy. Promoted by the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Mobile World Capital Barcelona Foundation, the initiative seeks to transfer to the public the legacy of the last edition of the Mobile World Congress Barcelona. Along these lines, it is complemented by talks and informative activities open to the public to spread a more sustainable, more resilient and more humanistic use of technology. "This is an exhibition that unites the industrial past of Catalonia with the current digital society through four historical moments: the steam engine, electricity, the automotive industry and supercomputing. The aim of the exhibition was to highlight the long innovative and industrial tradition of our country", points out Eduard Martín, CEO of the Mobile World Capital Barcelona Foundation.
The exhibition 'Remember the Future' , which proposes a technological journey through time to learn about the leadership of Catalan industry and its role in the current digital revolution, can be visited for free until Sunday 3 November in the 2 of Palau Robert, located at Passeig de Gràcia, number 107, in the city of Barcelona. Among the interactive experiences, the public will be able to see the originals of some of the historic inventions that have transformed industry over the last century, experience an immersive sensory journey through the four industrial revolutions (from mechanics to electricity, passing through digital, to artificial intelligence) and participate in four gamified experiences to understand how technology and innovation are shaping the future. "The Mobile World Congress Barcelona is a congress for executives and professionals. From the Mobile World Capital Barcelona Foundation, our commitment has been to bring technology closer to people, to citizens, and to bring our Mobile World Congress Barcelona exhibition to the Palau Robert. From here, I invite everyone to come and have fun, discover and reflect", encourages Martín.
