The organizers hope to have more than 101,000 attendees from 200 countries, more than 2,200 exhibitors, more than 160 government delegations and 3,900 journalists.
The flexible screens, the 5G, virtual reality, robots and drones will be the most attractive technological innovations that will be presented. The program of the Mobile World Congress 2017 include several conference speakers and relevant workshops, such as 4YFN, YoMo or Women4Tech.
4YFN
4YFN (4 Years From Now) is now in its fourth edition. It is the platform for business startups of the Mobile World Capital Barcelona, allowing startups, investors and businesses connect and launch new projects together. This year more than 600 startups meet in Fira Montjuïc and it expects the presence of some 700 investors and 20,000 visitors, figures will increase by 60% the last year.
Women4Tech
The meeting Women4Tech will be dedicated to highlight the role of women in the technology industry. The directives from companies like Accenture, Bharti Airtel, Facebook, IFC (Worldbank), SAP, Google Turner or discuss gender equality and will share strategic advice.
YoMo
"YoMo: The Mobile Youth Festival" aims to inspire young people and help them better understand the career of the STEAM sector. In these four days, YoMo Barcelona will receive 20,000 schoolchildren in Catalonia and Spain, offering them an exhibition of science and technology.
