The Punt TIC Vilafranca Virtual has published a job offer to hire a facilitator to offer training on new information and communication technologies to the citizens of the town of Vilafranca del Penedès. Specifically, the offer is part of an Employment Plan for People Under 30 and wants to offer a first professional experience in public administrations within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan financed by NextGeneration European funds. Therefore, the training person must have a Degree in Pedagogy, specializing in teaching in new information and communication technologies, must be under 30 years old and must be registered with the Employment Service of Catalonia as job seeker Consequently, the training person will be responsible for drawing up the schedule and monitoring and evaluating the training actions on new information and communication technologies and the people participating in them. In this sense, the training person will have to prepare didactic material and will have to make multimedia products. As for the contract, it is expected to last for one year and 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday and in the mornings.

In the same vein, the FAVIBC, entity that manages the points of the Xarxa Omnia of social housing districts, has published a job offer. In this case, the management entity is looking for a person to energize the Punt Òmnia de Ripoll due to a replacement due to illness. The contract will be partial for 37.5 hours per week and the salary will be established in accordance with the agreement. The schedule will be from Monday to Friday, mornings and afternoons, and the workplace will be located in the space at Plaça de la Vila de Prades number 6 in Ripoll. With regard to the particularities of the job offer, the person facilitating the Punt Òmnia de Ripoll must have, at least, a higher level professional training qualification. Preferably, this higher-level professional training qualification must be related to the social field or the educational field. Active listening, observation, analytical judgment, adaptation to new situations, empathy, consistency and respect, among others, are called for. In terms of knowledge, it is required to know about information and communication technologies, didactic and learning support materials and the Catalan language, among others. Among the tasks, there will be the revitalization of a space equipped with eight IT teams where activities are developed around the Xarxa Òmnia project of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The Xarxa Òmnia offers spaces and equipment for public use and has the support of a professional person, who energizes the space and advises the users. The role of the facilitator is essential to develop the program in each territory and ensure that each Punt Òmnia is a place of welcome, information, learning and socialization, among others.
