In the European Union, 18% of women over the age of fifteen have suffered serious episodes of digital violence. In this sense, the international entity Women’s Digital Rights Tech Institute (WDR) based in Barcelona, was born to work on the digital defense of women through cutting-edge technological tools.
With the #InternetTambienEsTuya campaign, they seek to offer immediate solutions, eliminating unwanted content or content that violates women's rights, and to provide self-defense strategies that allow safe use of the Internet in the face of conflicts, violation of rights or situations of harassment.
