The Punt Òmnia Centre de Promoció Social Francesc Palau, which is located in the Plaça Blanes, number 7, in the town of El Prat de Llobregat, has hosted the presentation of a mobile citizen security application. From the Local Police of El Prat de Llobregat, users of the Punt TIC of El Prat de Llobregat have learned first-hand how the public safety tool works, which allows them to report incidents, emergencies or situations of risk or danger quickly and effectively. The aim of the initiative is to offer the public a direct channel of communication with the competent authorities, to promote more immediate responses or interventions and to strengthen the tranquility and confidence of the public when traveling through the streets and squares of the town. During the presentation, a practical tutorial was shared so that users of the Punt TIC of El Prat de Llobregat can use the mobile application optimally and without difficulties.
