Under the title'Screens: Reading Guide' , the ICT Point of the Roca Umbert Library , the Granollers City Council and the Barcelona Provincial Council have presented a proposal to rethink digital habits and promote a more conscious, healthier and more balanced use of screens. The initiative, which is part of the Granollers Addiction Prevention Plan (2022-2026), an initiative that promotes a preventive, positive and community-based view of consumption, aims to offer proposals, stories and reflections to transform the relationship with digital technologies and promote a more conscious and enriching use of screens in everyday life. Specifically, the 'Screens: Reading Guide' proposal contains four sections. In the first, families, there are proposals for alternative activities to screens and guidance to promote digital well-being in the family environment. In the second, for children, there are readings, games and video games that invite them to explore the world beyond screens. In the third, for young people, there are readings that help them understand how the digital environment influences the construction of identity. In the fourth, for adults, there are resources to expand knowledge and educate through shared reflection.
