The meeting will begin at 9.30 a.m. with the accreditation of the participants. Then, at 10.00 a.m., the official greeting will be given by the head of the Digital Inclusion and Training Service, Ricard Faura.
Then, at 10.05 a.m., initiatives promoted by the Generalitat in the digital field will be shared. Firstly, Carolina Cuadrado and Esther Hidalgo from the Professional Training Service for Labor Insertion of the Employment Service of Catalonia (SOC) will talk about the ADA digital training program for unemployed women in municipalities with less than 30,000 inhabitants. In the second place, Ester Manzano, general director of Digital Services and Citizen Experience, and Marta Sabaté, head of the Analytics and Improvement of Citizen Experience Area, will talk about the analysis of citizens' experience in the its relationship with the administration.
Later, at 10.45 a.m., a networking space will begin with the intention that the participating people take advantage of this time to establish synergies and possible collaborations. Then, at 11.45 a.m., the workshops and conversation spaces will begin. These will be carried out simultaneously in two shifts. The first shift will be from 11.45 a.m. to 12.45 p.m. and the second shift will be from 12.45 p.m. to 1.45 p.m. As for the workshops, these will revolve around awareness and the introduction to code training by CodeWomen and around the learning of computational skills through offline games by Punt Òmnia Colectic. As for the conversation spaces, these will talk about initiatives aimed at the digital training of young people with Pau Tarrés, responsible for Emancipation Programs and XNEJ at the Catalan Youth Agency, and about initiatives aimed at the digital training of the elderly with Laia Sánchez, head of the SeniorLab at CitiLab. The aim will be to share the experiences and learn from the initiatives.
