Next Friday, October 23, the Òmnia Network will hold a new edition of its annual meeting focusing on the new forms of inequality generated by digital transformation. Under the title 'New digital gaps: understanding and acting against the digital gap 3.0', the 'Òmnia Conference 2026' will be held from 9 am to 2 pm at the Casa del Mar facilities, located at Carrer Albareda, 01-13, in the city of Barcelona. Aimed at facilitators and managing entities, the meeting will be a space for reflection , exchange and learning about how the digital gap has changed. Today, inequalities are determined by how technology is used, what benefits it offers and what risks it entails, and not so much by who has access or who has a device.
Thus, the 'Òmnia 2026 Conference' will feature an inspiring conversation between Mireia Fernández-Ardèvol, professor at the Open University of Catalonia, and Núria Valls, director of the Observatory of Digital Gaps - Fundesplai .
