Sant Feliu de Llobregat has promoted the first edition of Sant Feliu Talent , an initiative created by the Talent Factory Foundation and promoted by the Sant Feliu de Llobregat Town Council with the aim of promoting entrepreneurial culture among secondary school students in the city Specifically, more than 150 students from the educational centers Bon Salvador, Mare de Déu de la Mercè and Verge de la Salut in the town of Sant Feliu de Llobregat have participated. So, the first edition of Sant Feliu Talent had more than fifty business ideas presented. Of these, nine finalist proposals have been selected.
Among them, there are applications aimed at improving youth mental health and well-being, applications for monitoring the safety of people who ride bicycles, applications for exchanging clothes, applications for optimizing waiting time at health centers, job search applications or applications to search for accommodation in other cities. The initiative has also included projects related to the promotion of local commerce, among others. The nine finalist teams went through a mentoring process and had the support of the local business community to develop their ideas and draw up their business plan. Previously, they attended training sessions to learn how to identify business ideas and detect market niches. Finally, the winning teams were Happy Schools (1st prize), Let Me Help U (2nd prize), Secubici (2nd prize), Job City (3rd prize), Closet Friends (3rd prize) and Busca el que trabes (3rd prize ).
