On Tuesday 28 November and Wednesday 29 November, from 9.30 am, the city of Barcelona will experience the second edition of the Barcelona Deep Tech Summit. The successful meeting of the entrepreneurial, scientific and technological ecosystem will take place at the Palau de Congressos de Barcelona, located at Avinguda de la Reina Maria Cristina number 1-13 in the city of Barcelona. Organized by Barcelona Activa and several catalan universities (Universitat de Barcelona, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya), with the collaboration of the Generalitat de Catalunya and with the support of european funds NextGenerationUE, the summit will host startups, spinoffs, research and investment professionals, companies, organizations, entities and collectives, as well as offer a space to share projects and create new collaborations and synergies. During the two days, talks, investment forums, networking dynamics and many other interesting activities will take place. In this regard, the main topics will be market trends and the socio-economic impact of solutions to global challenges such as the energy transition, connectivity and industrial and health technology. In essence, the second edition of the Barcelona Deep Tech Summit will seek to unite technology and innovation with inspiration and talent.
