Next Thursday, April 11, from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., the seventy-sixth web session of the General Directorate of Digital Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya will focus on the relationship between citizens and digital processing. From the hand of Irema Ferrez from the General Directorate of Digital Administration of the Generalitat of Catalonia and Esther Peña from the General Directorate of Digital Services and Citizen Experience of the Generalitat of Catalonia, it will be discussed how clear communication helps the citizens to easily understand what they have to do, minimizes queries and errors and, therefore, improves public services. In this sense, the web sessions are quick and concise sessions, about thirty minutes long, which bring up to date the digital transformation of public administrations and other bodies and which are broadcast live every two months on the first Thursday of month at 9 o'clock. Also, they can be retrieved on the YouTube channel and on the main podcast platforms.
