For one week, more than a hundred participants will meet in Barcelona in this program of debate and exchange of experiences that aims to explore the role that culture plays in the construction of modern societies.
From this Friday, September 26 , until next Wednesday, October 1 , the Àgora Cívica is being held in Barcelona, a space for debate and exchange of local and international experiences and reflections , which aims to debate the role of culture in the construction of modern societies.
This event is part of the celebration of MONDIACULT 2025 , the largest world conference on cultural policy promoted by UNESCO , and which was born from the agreement between the Barcelona City Council, the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Ministry of Culture.
This year, as part of the Àgora's programming, the thematic axis of 'technologies and artificial intelligence' stands out, which aims to analyze how digitalization and artificial intelligence are transforming cultural life in terms of the creation, production and distribution of content. In addition, the activities of this thematic axis will also reflect on the legal and ethical challenges generated by technologies and what public policies respond to them.
