On March 12th and 13th, a new edition of the Digital Government Congress will be promoted with the aim of continuing to advance towards Catalan public administrations that are closer, more agile and more efficient to citizens.
The Generalitat de Catalunya, Localret and the Consortium of Open Administration of Catalonia will organize a new edition of the Digital Government Congress , a space for meeting and exchanging knowledge, experiences, good practices, services and solutions within the scope of the digital transformation of Catalan public administrations. The event will be held on March 12 and 13 at the Barcelona International Convention Center, located at Plaça de Willy Brandt, number 11-14, in the city of Barcelona. This year, the new edition of the Digital Government Congress will be presented with the inspiring slogan 'The revolution of smart governments: inclusiveness, proactivity and sustainability'. The objective will be to continue moving towards Catalan public administrations that are closer to citizens, more agile, more efficient and more innovative, as well as providing a better response to the expectations and challenges of society. The new edition of the Digital Government Congress will emphasize the European Declaration on Digital Rights and Principles and the strategic program of the Digital Decade for 2030 with the focus on the European commitment to an inclusive, secure and sustainable digital transformation with people at the center. The axes will be digital rights and training, people-centered services, business-centered services, efficient administration, open government, smart governments, infrastructure and cybersecurity, cultural change and sustainability and the govtech ecosystem.
