On October 19, 21 and 23, the Open Administration Consortium of Catalonia will promote an online seminar to raise awareness of the operation of the Decidimcat service among the different local administrations.
Next October, the Open Administration Consortium of Catalonia and Decidim Catalunya will organize an online seminar to raise awareness of the operation of the Decidimcat service among local entities. In this sense, the Decidimcat service aspires to build a more open, transparent and collaborative society and seeks to empower citizens to promote a quality democracy. The initiative allows for more agile, closer, more complete and simpler participation. Therefore, on Monday, October 19, the first session will be held, where the Decidimcat service, its main functions and central characteristics will be explained. On Wednesday, October 21 , the second session will be held on the configuration of the Decidimcat service and the first steps within the platform, as well as on the typology of users. On Friday, October 23, the third session will be held, where case management will be explored in depth and use cases will be shared. This last session will focus especially on the development of participatory budgets in municipalities. The three training sessions will begin at 10 a.m. and will be held virtually.
