The Summer #OpenData Week will start on Tuesday 11 July, at 6.30 pm, with the workshop "Create projects based on open data".
On Wednesday July 12th will be the day with more activities. On the one hand, at 4.30 pm will be a conference on "The Economics of Data", by open data expert Alberto Abella, who will talk about the potential of the data to generate economic activity and explain how companies can reuse the data to create new products and improve their competitiveness.
Moreover, from 4.00 to 8.00 pm there will be an informative session entitled "Open data value for my project" aimed at small and medium enterprises. They will show business experiences based on Open Data, will discuss what data may be of interest for the reuse of SMEs and generate new economic activity, and compare different actions to approximate knowledge of the open data to SMEs. This conference aims to be a space to share knowledge and participation and the number of participants is limited. It is aimed at companies in the area, motivated to innovate and incorporate the use of the data in their project. To participate, you must complete this form.
Thursday, July 13, there will be a Deconference, where various experts will explain any particular tool or trick on data analysis and visualization.
