Next Tuesday, June 16, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., online, the focus will be on real and accessible applications of artificial intelligence and automation applied to marketing and contact management.

Promoted by the Digital Cluster of Catalonia and the Third Social Sector Entities Table of Catalonia and within the framework of the European project 'DO IMPACT', next Tuesday, June 16, from 11 am to 12 pm, a training session will be held on artificial intelligence tools applied to marketing and contact management. The training session will be held online and will be led by Jordi Bernat and Alfonso Gervás from the company Up2You, an organization specializing in marketing and recruitment systems with applied artificial intelligence. In this sense, the training 'Artificial intelligence applied to marketing and contact management: practical cases for third sector entities' will revolve around how artificial intelligence tools and marketing offer new opportunities to optimize processes, save time and improve the management of relationships and communications. So, first of all, at 11 am, it will begin with an official welcome and a presentation of the European project 'DO IMPACT', an initiative that promotes the digital transformation of social and solidarity economy entities through the adoption of digital solutions and data-based models for better efficiency, transparency and impact, by a person representing the Digital Cluster of Catalonia. Then, Bernat and Gervás will focus on real and accessible applications of artificial intelligence and automation applied to marketing and contact management with practical cases and useful tools such as, for example, communications automation, efficient contact management, segmentation, campaign monitoring and the practical use of CRM. Finally, a round of questions, doubts and reflections will be encouraged.
