El Periódico will hold an event to analyze how artificial intelligence is transforming the way we attract, develop and retain talent on Tuesday, June 30th in the morning at the Modernist Venue of Sant Pau.
Next Tuesday, June 30, El Periódico , with the collaboration of the Generalitat de Catalunya , will organize the conference 'Talent Management and Artificial Intelligence: Strategy, Ethics and Future'. The event will take place from 9:30 to 11:30 am at the facilities of the Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau, located at Carrer de Sant Antoni Maria Claret, number 167, in the city of Barcelona. The conference will analyze how artificial intelligence is transforming the way talent is attracted, developed and retained in different economic sectors and will feature the participation of experts in innovation, who will share experiences, case studies and perspectives on people management, as well as addressing key issues, such as, for example, efficiency in selection processes, algorithmic biases, personalized training and improving skills. Similarly, the event will address the ethical, cultural and organizational challenges that digitalization and digital transformation bring to the table within the work environment. Therefore, at 9:30 a.m., a welcome coffee will be held. This will be followed by the institutional welcome by El Periódico. This will be followed by the presentation 'The present of artificial intelligence and the future we are building' by Pep Martorell, an expert in technological strategy, supercomputing and artificial intelligence, the panel discussion 'Artificial intelligence and talent retention: the new business challenge' and the conversation 'Learning with artificial intelligence'. This will be followed by the institutional closing. Finally, at 11:30 a.m., a farewell coffee and a networking space will be held among those attending the event.
