The Covid-19 pandemic has highlighted the importance of digital skills in a world in which a large part of the activities that were previously carried out in other ways have had to be transferred to the digital sphere.
For this reason, the ACTIC, the Department of Digital Policies, the Barcelona City Council, Blanquerna Ramón Llull University, will organize the 2nd edition of the Digital Competences Congress on February 18. During the congress, various aspects of digital competence such as its reference frameworks, the digital divide and inequalities, or well-being and digital security will be discussed as key aspects to contribute to the development of a digitally empowered citizenship.
They will also have the testimonies of relevant personalities from the digital world, who will present their vision regarding the learning that the health crisis leaves us, and the lines or future strategies that must be addressed. The congress will be complemented with practical workshops and technological resources.
