The Generalitat de Catalunya has recently presented the Digital Administration Observatory , a new website that explains the digital transformation process of the Public Administration through data and indicators presented in a clear and understandable way with the aim of reaching all audiences. The new tool will be constantly updated with new information related to this digital transformation process that seeks to adapt public services to new technologies to make them more efficient, accessible, safe and convenient and improve the model of relationship with citizens in the digital age. The Digital Administration Observatory stands out for its use of interactive, dynamic, intuitive and accessible graphics and presents the data with narrative stories that facilitate understanding and highlight the benefits of digital transformation for citizens. It currently contains three main areas: streamlining public services, use of data and cybersecurity.

The Digital Administration Observatory has been promoted by the Department of the Presidency of the Generalitat of Catalonia, with the collaboration of the Center for Telecommunications and Information Technologies and with funding from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. The new website is part of the strategy for transforming the Digital Administration and public services of the Government of the Generalitat of Catalonia.
