The Association of Social Educators of Catalonia , with the support of the Barcelona Provincial Council , will offer the online course 'A un clic: parlamen de violèncias digitales sexistes'. The training proposal will take place on Wednesday, June 17 and Thursday, June 18, from 4 to 7 p.m., and will be aimed at professionals in the social field for the identification, prevention and awareness of digital violence against sexist women and support for families, children and adolescents, as well as various educational environments. The main contents will be the impact of violence on the health of women, children and adolescents, children and adolescents in digital environments, the importance of affective-sexual education and feminist self-defense against digital violence against sexist women. Led by Mercedes Naranjo Carmona, a social educator with experience in the field of awareness-raising, prevention and care for women in situations of gender-based violence, and Carolina Sánchez Spuler, a social worker with experience in the field of addressing and caring for women in situations of gender-based violence, the training will provide theoretical and practical tools, including proposals for eradicating violence and resources from feminist pedagogy.
