As part of the educational perspective of the entity, the association Hypatia Mars , which develops similar missions to experience what a future mission to the red planet would be like, has opened a call designed for professional women in the STEM sector, that is, science, technology, engineering and mathematics, who want to be part of a pilot program of scientific dissemination in Catalan schools. The initiative will seek to bring space exploration and the study of the universe into classrooms, give visibility to new references and inspire new generations. Thus, the selected women will receive free training, will have specialized advice, will have prepared materials and will obtain financial remuneration for the sessions taught in Catalan educational centers. In this sense, the Hypatia Mars association was born in 2021 and since then, the entity has carried out two similar missions: in April 2023, 'Hypatia I', and in February 2025, 'Hypatia II', both in the Utah desert. The Hypatia Mars association is currently preparing a third similar mission, 'Hypatia III', which will take place in the summer of 2027 in the Canadian Arctic and will be much more complicated.
