From 6 to 8 October took place in Ghent, Belgium, the Annual Conference of Telecentre-Europe, TEAC2016. Attended by over 100 people from different European countrie, there was announced that Barcelona will host the TEAC2017. Great news for the Punt TIC Network.

The meeting also accommodate the awards ceremony of the Telecentre Europe I-LINC Awards. The winning individuals and projects were:
- Best Multi-Stakeholder Partnership: Biblionet - the world in my library, Romania
- Best Practice: Digital Storytelling - Bridging generations, Municipality Medgidia, Romania
- Best Digital Changemaker 2016: Goran Jovisic, Novi Sad, Serbia
- Best e-Facilitator: Manuel Antonio Gonzalez Perez Baza, Spain
