This spring, the ICT Point of the Municipal Employment Service of Girona City Council will schedule new ICT capsules for job searching. The new training proposals will last two hours and will be given from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the ICT Point facilities, located at Narcís Xifra i Masmitjà Street, number 43, in the town of Girona. Specifically, on Tuesday, May 12, employment portals will be explored , in order to learn about the main digital spaces, their operation and their automation. Then, on Tuesday, May 19, various mobile applications will be discovered, with the aim of learning to use the mobile phone as the main tool. Then, on Tuesday, June 2, communications through technological tools will be discussed, with the aim of promoting clear, appropriate and professional interactions. Then, on Tuesday 16 June, artificial intelligence tools will be presented to promote professional candidacies , with the aim of learning about their advantages and possibilities. Finally, on Tuesday 7 July, interviews with artificial intelligence tools will be proposed, in order to learn how to use artificial intelligence to improve the preparation of job interviews and the optimization of responses to selection processes. Along these lines, from Monday to Thursday, from 9 am to 1 pm, the ICT Point of the Municipal Employment Service offers the 'Job Point' advice and technical support service, where citizens can put into practice the knowledge acquired to try to access the job market.
