In collaboration with Accent Obert and XNET, the Institute for Democratic Digitalization , the third edition of the 'European Conference 4D: democratic digitalization and digital rights' will rock the city of Barcelona next Thursday, October 29, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., at the Fabra i Coats venue, located at Carrer de Sant Adrià, number 20, in the city of Barcelona. In this sense, the event will propose to mock power and favor changes and transformations, making known good practices that use humor to challenge the pre-established order and inspire global action. Also, the third edition of the 'European Conference 4D: democratic digitalization and digital rights' will feature the presentation of the '4D Call: digital rights from design' awards, which will recognize outstanding actions that help advance digital rights from the very conception of the project. Likewise, the event will be part of Open Tech Week Barcelona, the international week dedicated to open technologies, digital rights and democratic innovation, which will bring together institutions, communities, organizations and groups from around the world.
