The Triangulum project, funded by the European Commission, seeks to find "smart city real solutions" and offer them to other cities to be able to replicate them. In the last months, a phase of training and replication has been developed from the precursory cities of the project (Eindhoven, Stavanger, Manchester) to other cities, with seven workshops or face-to-face visits and seven workshops online.
Sabadell City Council has participated in this process and has developed a strategy to implement solutions at the local level. It proposes a series of actions in the fields of mobility, energy, ICT, etc. which will have to be developed after 2018. However, it is not necessary to validate and deepen the actions of this strategy with the local, regional and metropolitan innovation ecosystem .
To do this, it organizes a final workshop on training and co-design of urban innovation projects. It will be on November 13 and 14, at the Vapor Badia Library ( Carrer Tres Creus 127-129. Sabadell). It will be boosted by municipal technicians and the Fraunhofer research institute.
The workshop will be structured in two parts: on the 13th, focused on mini-capsules summarizing the formations made during the year; and on the 14th, oriented to the analysis, co-design and evaluation of the actions to be included in the strategy of implementation of the Triangulum project in Sabadell. The workshop will be closed with the intervention of mayors and councilors of the member cities of the Triangulum project.
The workshop is addressed to representatives of the fourfold helix: city entities, municipal elected representatives, municipal technicians and technicians, representatives of universities and technology and business centers, and technicians and techniques of other public administrations with an impact on the local scope
