Under the title 'Proposals to improve the emotional well-being of young people in the digital society: future challenges, risk and protection factors', next Friday 29 November, the Catalan Mental Health Congress Foundation will organize a conference. The event will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the main hall of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, on the Clinical Campus, at the University of Barcelona, located at Carrer de Casanova, number 143, in the city from Barcelona. The intention will be to generate a space to reflect and debate about the problematic or addictive use of digital technologies that can significantly alter mood, personal relationships, academic performance, work performance and even the economy In this sense, within the training day, recommendations and tools will be offered to take care of mental health and promote emotional well-being. The conference 'The mental health of young people in the digital society: risks and opportunities' by Jordi Mas, director of the Catalan Foundation for Research and Innovation, and two debate tables 'The vision of the young' and 'The contributions from study and from research' will make up the day.
