At the beginning of February, the city of Girona will vibrate with the new edition of Women and Girls in Science Week. From February 5 to 11, more than a dozen activities will highlight the local talent of women in the field of science and technology and encourage girls to enter into environments technological On Tuesday, February 6, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the La Mercè Cultural Center, the day 'STEAM betting on the future' will be organized with two presentations on the invisibility that women have historically suffered in technological environments, with the presentation of the exhibition 'Women in (re)search' and with a round table on job opportunities for students in 3rd and 4th ESO, high school and professional training in the city.
