The ninth Conferència Internacional d’Aprenentatge will take place on April 18, 19 and 20 in various spaces in the city of Barcelona. In particular, the Campus de la Ciutadella of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, the Espai Vela de la Nova Bocana of the Port de Barcelona, the Facultat de Nàutica de Barcelona of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, the Fundació Pasqual Maragall and the Parc de la Ciutadella will host the STEAMConf Barcelona 2024. The day will have the participation of international experts, such as, for example, Rochelle Gutierrez from Illinois (United States), Maria del Mar Patrón Vázquez from Mérida (Mexico), Nuvia Crisol Ruland from San Diego (United States) and Sunny Dawn Summers from New Orleans (United States), and locals, such as, for example, researchers Laura Morera and Davinia Hernández-Leo and teachers Abraham de la Fuente and Boris Mir. The day will include workshops, local experiences, immersive sessions, conversations and student workshops. STEAMConf Barcelona 2024 will seek to bring the classroom closer to the real world, cultivating deep and transferable knowledge, encouraging participation in a collective experience and bringing together the encounter and interaction between research and learning environments.
