Within the 'Digital Autumn' cycle, last Tuesday 11 November, the Taula d'Entitats del Tercer Sector Social de Catalunya , with the collaboration of the SinergiaTIC association and the financial support of the European Next Generation funds, celebrated the end of SimbiòTIC, the digital transformation project of the Third Social Sector, with 80 participating entities, nearly 5,000 active professionals and more than 100,000 people served. Along these lines, the conference 'SimbiòTIC: learnings from a shared challenge' allowed us to rethink how technology can be truly human and how it can contribute to improving the care of people and communities.

The official welcome was given by Xavier Trabado Farré, president of the Taula d'Entitats del Tercer Sector Social de Catalunya, and Jaume Albaigès Roselló, director of the SinergiaTIC association. The event then featured three large conversation spaces with three large thematic blocks. The first conversation, which featured entities that used CRM before the start of SimbiòTIC such as the MIFAS Foundation , the Banc de Recursos Foundation and the Pallapupas hospital clowns , revolved around the continuous improvement of SinergiaCRM. The second conversation, which featured entities that took advantage of the functionalities and improvements of SimbiòTIC such as the Casal dels Infants per a l'Acció Social als Barris , the Espai d'Inclusió i Formació Casc Antic and the Minyons Escoltes i Guies de Catalunya , addressed new integrations. The third conversation, which featured entities that had begun to use CRM as a result of the Third Social Sector digital transformation project, such as the L'Esguard Foundation , the In Via Association and the Horitzó del Berguedà Foundation , spoke about the digital tool. Then, Marta Campo, head of the international area of the Taula d'Entitats del Tercer Sector Social de Catalunya, reflected on the possibility of sharing data from a European perspective through collaboration with the 'DO Impact' project and David Fitó, member of the Board of Directors of the Taula d'Entitats del Tercer Sector Social de Catalunya, and Laia Sullastres, member of the Board of Directors of the SinergiaTIC association, delved into how data management can be an opportunity for the Third Social Sector. The official closing was given by Guillem Vidal, director of the Basic Income Office.
